FES is starting a new practice called Good News Phone Calls.
Each week a few students will be identified by the principal and other staff members for doing good things that promote the values of Francestown Elementary School (Positive, Responsible, Independent, Determined, and Empathetic). These students will make a phone call home with the principal to share the Good News.
On December 6th, children’s author and illustrator David Ira Rottenberg will be coming to FES. He will be reading his book Gwendolyn the Graceful Pig and dancers from the Peterborough Dance Theater will be performing a dance choreographed to the book. This is the kickoff to FES’s All School PRIDE day during which students and staff will participate in activities focused on our school values of Positive,
