The staff at FES believe that play is a very important part of education. That’s why we have a morning recess from 8:20 – 8:35 and a midday recess from 12:30 – 1:00. Here you see a collaborative project where students created “Heart Island” when the sun (finally) came out after a few days of ice and rain.

FES is dedicated to educating the whole child. Part of this is allowing students to learn about and express themselves creatively. We are thrilled to have Mark Ragonese join us again for another art project this week. This installation focuses on the characteristics that FES students identify within themselves as something they project outward to the greater community.
